Microsuction & E-Suction

This is a procedure to remove wax, debris and foreign objects from the ear canal. Microsuction is the safest procedure for the examination and the treatment of the ear. It involves the use of a microscope and a suction machine. It is a noisy procedure but not painful in normal circumstances.

The wax is removed by the doctor under direct vision. Also micro-suction can be used in circumstances where syringing should not, such as current infection and previous grommets.
