On returning to the island, he now splits his time between several local clinics.

Ian enthusiastically commits to the health and well-being of his patients. He finds it a great joy to spend time with people and support them in the physical challenges they face. He always tries to adapt treatment and management plans to the individual’s needs and preferences, placing a huge emphasis on patient education and self-management between sessions. He uses a wide range of techniques including muscle and connective tissue stretching, rhythmic joint movement, soft tissue release and some joint manipulation. He is also trained in Kinesio taping methods, medical dry needling techniques and will most likely place a focus on getting you off the treatment table, moving and actively rehabbing.

Ian has treated people from all walks of life ranging from 7yrs old upwards into their 90’s! He has a keen interest in helping you with all your Musculo-skeletal conditions, whether it be neck and back pain, work related pain and injury, sports injuries or simply your everyday aches and pains.
