Victoria takes a warm, supportive, client-centred approach and enjoys working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. However, she has a particular interest in child and adolescent mental health. A key strength lies in building rapport and establishing trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, enabling therapy to be tailored to each individual’s specific needs. She takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), CBT for eating disorders (CBT-e), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Attachment Theory, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.
