Educated Brussels, Paris and Epsom college. Qualified St. Thomas’ Hospital Medical school in 1989.Moved to Guernsey in 1994.
Previously held posts include Chairman of the Practice and Primary Care Company, Medical Director of Ambulance and Rescue Services 2004 till 2015. Founding trustee of The Lihou Island Trust till 2024.

Interests include paediatrics, acupuncture and diving medicine.
Married to Sheila, they have two children Robert and Laura
