Dr Luke Turley

Dr Turley graduated from the University of Manchester in 2003. After undertaking hospital jobs in Poole he qualified as a GP in 2008 and enjoys the rewards and challenges of being a family doctor. He has a passion for travel and and has worked both in the UK and in places as diverse as the Outer Hebrides, Borneo, Cyprus, Kenya and Sierra Leone. He has also worked for the British Army and in prisons.

He has a diploma in Sports Medicine and his special interests include travel medicine, tropical diseases, global health and humanitarian medicine.

When not in clinic, Dr Turley enjoys playing the viola in different orchestras, cooking and speaking French. He is a great animal lover and hopes to get some pets to keep him company in the near future.
