Alexandra Gray
Cognitive Behavioural Therapist
Alexandra is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies. She have over seven years experience working in the field and has experience in report writing, psychological assessment (including personality assessment), psychological intervention and supervision. She has completed a supervision qualification with the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre and training in relationship therapy with the Tavistock Therapy Centre. She has a special interest in anxiety disorders, eating disorders and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. She was born on Guernsey and has worked for the States of Guernsey as an assistant psychologist. Between 2010 and 2018 she worked at a Forensic Psychology practice in Birmingham before moving to a Psychological Therapies service in Derbyshire (where she was latterly Clinical Lead) and where she competed her PGDip and MSc in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy.
